Milton is an engineer by qualifications & training with extensive experience in the automotive, financial services and human capital services industries.
He has extensive experience in the banking industry having worked as an executive in the retail consumer banking field. He specialised in managing sales teams which included managing risk & compliance, budgeting, product knowledge, leadership and training.
As an engineer, he worked in the motor industry (OEM) for a combined 10 years in the area of manufacturing and marketing.
